This series of calendering machines are designed specifically for enhancing the surface performance and printing adaptability of paper. Through high-precision roller pressing regulation, intelligent temperature-press coupling field control, and gradient surface treatment technology, the equipment can achieve coordinated optimization of paper glossiness, smoothness, tightness and inter-layer bonding force. The equipment adopts a dual steel roller / steel-pulp roller composite structure (roller diameters range from 600 to 2200 mm, with the maximum line pressure reaching 300 kN/m), supports flexible configuration of 2 to 15 roller groups, and is suitable for a speed range of 100 to 2500 m/min. It can meet diverse process requirements for cultural paper, packaging paper, specialty paper and new energy-based materials.

This toilet paper machine features high efficiency, intelligence and environmental friendliness as its core advantages. It adopts PLC computer programming technology to achieve fully automatic order changing and high-speed operation (with a speed of up to 450-800m/min). Combined with pressure mesh grooves and a composite stainless steel pneumatic scraper device, it ensures uniform pulp feeding and flexible water absorption of the paper. It simultaneously supports the production of multi-layer paper products with a weight range of 13-25gsm, covering a wide range of products such as crepe hygiene base paper and napkins. Its energy-saving design reduces the power consumption per unit product by 45-75% and the steam consumption by 50-60%. It is also compatible with environmentally friendly raw materials such as waste paper deinking pulp and commercial wood pulp. Combined with a waste recycling system, it helps enterprises achieve green and efficient production and meet the large-scale market demand.
 

This type of open flow slurry box is specially designed for long net forming machines. It adopts a stepped diffusion type slurry distributor and a contact surface with stainless steel 304 material. The inner wall is finely ground to ensure uniform slurry diffusion and no slurry residue. Its optimized lip plate structure and pulp rate-web speed matching system can precisely control the pulp flow speed and direction. Combined with the adjustable weir plate, it can achieve lateral quantitative fine-tuning, effectively reducing the quantitative difference between the horizontal and horizontal directions of the paper sheet, improving the uniformity and forming quality of the paper sheet.
