Efficient Double Layer Paper Production Machinery with Precision Refiners
The double-disc pulping machine is a highly efficient continuous pulping equipment. Its core structure consists of two grinding zones, which are composed of fixed grinding discs and moving grinding discs. Under the action of the feeding pressure and centrifugal force, the slurry passes through the grinding area and is pulped and squeezed by the toothed disc to complete the pulping process. This equipment is equipped with an automatic control system, which can achieve constant power pulping and ensure a stable pulping effect.
In terms of technical features, the grinding discs of the double-disc grinding machine are made of high-chromium cast iron, which has high hardness and strong wear resistance. The tooth profile of the grinding disc can be selected as either the dissolving type or the fine grinding type according to the type of slurry. The clearance adjustment system adopts a three-level adjustment architecture, including coarse adjustment of worm gear and worm, medium adjustment of hydraulic/electric, and fine adjustment of PLC, which can achieve clearance control at the 0.01mm level. In terms of power configuration, the main shaft speed can reach 1800r/min, and it is equipped with spline floating connection and drum gear coupling to ensure the stability of high-speed operation.

The upflow pressure screen is a highly efficient and energy-saving pulp screening equipment, widely used in the fields of waste paper pulping, pulp screening before paper machines and recycled pulp treatment. Its core advantage lies in achieving efficient impurity removal and fiber grading through a unique upflow structure and pressure difference screening principle, significantly enhancing the quality of the slurry and production efficiency.
Core structure
Screen drum: Made of highly wear-resistant materials (such as stainless steel or hard chrome-plated), with a screen gap width of 0.15-0.5mm, ensuring efficient screening and long service life.
Rotor: The specially designed rotor structure generates pulse cleaning force through high-speed rotation to prevent the screen gaps from being clogged.
Mechanical seal: Made of special graphite material, it has excellent sealing performance and prevents slurry leakage.
Shell and pipeline: The cylinder is designed as an integrated unit with the slurry inlet pipe, slurry outlet pipe and slag discharge pipe to ensure smooth slurry flow.
The jump screen is a key equipment used for coarse pulp screening and purification in the paper making pulping process. It separates the pulp from impurities through high-frequency vibration and features high efficiency, stability and easy maintenance. Its core function is to remove knots, films, plastic particles and other coarse impurities in the pulp, improve the quality of the pulp, and is widely used in the pretreatment process of raw materials such as wood pulp, grass pulp and waste paper pulp.
