This type of open flow slurry box is specially designed for long net forming machines. It adopts a stepped diffusion type slurry distributor and a contact surface with stainless steel 304 material. The inner wall is finely ground to ensure uniform slurry diffusion and no slurry residue. Its optimized lip plate structure and pulp rate-web speed matching system can precisely control the pulp flow speed and direction. Combined with the adjustable weir plate, it can achieve lateral quantitative fine-tuning, effectively reducing the quantitative difference between the horizontal and horizontal directions of the paper sheet, improving the uniformity and forming quality of the paper sheet. It is the core equipment for achieving efficient and stable pulp flow distribution in modern paper making production lines.

 

Papermaking machinery mesh cages (also known as circular mesh cages or forming mesh cages) are the core components of circular mesh paper machines, mainly used for pulp forming and dewatering. Their design directly affects the quality and output of paper. The cage is composed of a main shaft, a net frame, spokes and spacers. The spokes are evenly spaced and fitted onto the main shaft, and the net frame is installed on the spokes. According to the structure, it can be classified into common type, plate type, evacuated type, vacuum type, etc. According to the material, it can be divided into stainless steel, all-copper, etc. Among them, stainless steel mesh cages have become mainstream due to their advantages such as corrosion resistance, light weight and short maintenance cycle. Its structural stability, water filtration efficiency and corrosion resistance directly affect the quality of paper and production efficiency, and it is suitable for the production of various types of paper such as cultural paper, packaging paper and special paper.

The high-concentration descaling device is an indispensable core purification equipment in the modern paper making industry, specially designed for the impurity removal treatment of high-concentration pulp. Its core function is to effectively separate heavy impurities such as metal particles, sand and gravel, glass fragments, plastic fragments, and incompletely crushed fiber bundles from the pulp through physical centrifugal separation technology, thereby significantly improving the purity of the pulp. As a "pre-purification barrier" in the paper making process, the high-concentration descaling device is suitable for various scenarios such as waste paper recycling, wood pulp and chemical pulp treatment, and specialty paper production. It performs particularly well in the treatment of pulp with high impurity content, such as waste paper deinking pulp and OCC (old corrugated box) pulp. This equipment adopts a tangential slurry feeding method, causing the slurry to form a high-speed vortex within the cone. Heavy impurities are thrown towards the wall of the device due to centrifugal force and eventually settle in the sediment tank, while the good slurry is discharged from the central low-pressure area. This design effectively improves the purification efficiency of the pulp and reduces the loss of fibers.
 

 

The slag discharge machine is the core equipment for efficient separation of pulp impurities in paper making machinery. It is made of stainless steel and wear-resistant materials, with a processing capacity of 10-500m³/h, a working pressure of 0.2-0.6MPa, and a separation efficiency of ≥95%. It includes centrifugal type (high-precision sand removal) and screening type (coarse residue filtration), supports single-stage or multi-stage configuration, is equipped with an automatic residue discharge system and intelligent control, saves energy by 15%-20%, and is suitable for pulp making, waste paper recycling and specialty paper production.
