The upflow pressure screen is a highly efficient and energy-saving pulp screening equipment, widely used in the fields of waste paper pulping, pulp screening before paper machines and recycled pulp treatment. Core structure
Screen drum: Made of highly wear-resistant materials (such as stainless steel or hard chrome-plated), with a screen gap width of 0.15-0.5mm, ensuring efficient screening and long service life.
Rotor: The specially designed rotor structure generates pulse cleaning force through high-speed rotation to prevent the screen gaps from being clogged.
Mechanical seal: Made of special graphite material, it has excellent sealing performance and prevents slurry leakage.
Shell and pipeline: The cylinder is designed as an integrated unit with the slurry inlet pipe, slurry outlet pipe and slag discharge pipe to ensure smooth slurry flow.




The refiner of a paper machine is the core equipment in the pulp and paper making process. It is used to grind fibrous raw materials (such as wood chips, bamboo, waste paper, etc.) into pulp that meets the requirements of paper making through mechanical action. Its core function is to adjust the length, fineness and broomization degree of the fibers, optimize the pulp performance, and meet the production requirements of different paper varieties (such as cultural paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, etc.).
The paper machine propeller is a key device in the paper making production line, used to promote the efficient flow of pulp in the paper machine's conveying system, ensuring the uniform distribution of pulp and improving the quality of paper and production efficiency. Its core functions include: slurry transportation: providing stable power, overcoming pipeline resistance, and achieving continuous slurry transportation. Mixing and dispersion: Through the design of the propeller blades, it promotes the thorough mixing of fibers and additives to prevent caking. Pressure control: Maintain the stability of the system pressure to ensure that the pulp enters the mesh section of the paper machine at the set flow rate.
The high-concentration descaling device is an indispensable core purification equipment in the modern paper making industry, specially designed for the impurity removal treatment of high-concentration pulp. Its core function is to effectively separate heavy impurities such as metal particles, sand and gravel, glass fragments, plastic fragments, and incompletely crushed fiber bundles from the pulp through physical centrifugal separation technology, thereby significantly improving the purity of the pulp. As a "pre-purification barrier" in the paper making process, the high-concentration descaling device is suitable for various scenarios such as waste paper recycling, wood pulp and chemical pulp treatment, and specialty paper production. It performs particularly well in the treatment of pulp with high impurity content, such as waste paper deinking pulp and OCC (old corrugated box) pulp. This equipment adopts a tangential slurry feeding method, causing the slurry to form a high-speed vortex within the cone. Heavy impurities are thrown towards the wall of the device due to centrifugal force and eventually settle in the sediment tank, while the good slurry is discharged from the central low-pressure area. This design effectively improves the purification efficiency of the pulp and reduces the loss of fibers.
The drying cylinder of the paper machine is the core equipment in the papermaking drying process. It is made of high-strength cast iron/alloy steel. Through the uniform heating of the surface by internal steam, the moisture on the paper surface is rapidly evaporated, with a thermal efficiency of over 85%. The products include standard type, Yank type (for wrinkling and drying of toilet paper), multi-channel temperature control type and energy-saving type (for waste heat recovery). They feature anti-deformation design, intelligent temperature control and quick-opening maintenance structure, and are suitable for the production of cultural paper, packaging paper, toilet paper and special paper.
