Reject Separator is a key equipment in paper machinery used for the efficient separation of pulp impurities such as sand grains, metal shavings and fiber clusters. It is made of 304/316L stainless steel or wear-resistant alloy and has a processing capacity of 10-500 m³/h. Working pressure: 0.2-0.6MPa, suitable power: 5.5-75kW. Its centrifugal or screening technology can achieve an impurity separation efficiency of ≥95%, and it is equipped with an automatic slag discharge valve or a screw conveyor system, supporting continuous slag discharge (adjustable frequency: 5-60 times per minute). The products are divided into centrifugal type (high-precision sand removal) and pressure screen type (coarse residue filtration), with single-stage or multi-stage configurations. The core advantages include modular design, IP54 protection level, low energy consumption (energy saving 15%-20%) and PLC intelligent control (compatible with DCS system), and comply with ISO 15361 standard.
