High-Efficiency Industrial Vibrating Screen for Bulk Material Separation for paper machine
As a core coarse selection equipment in the papermaking and pulping process, the jump screen achieves efficient separation of impurities in the pulp and high-value recovery of fiber resources through high-frequency vibration and precise screening technology. Its main body adopts a high-strength welded screen frame and an inclined installation design (with a slope of 10° to 15°), combined with a high-frequency eccentric vibrator of 1430 to 1450 times per minute. It drives the slurry to form a dynamic flow field at an amplitude of 1.4 to 2mm, enabling the adjustable screen holes with a diameter of 1 to 5mm (made of copper mesh or stainless steel) to precisely intercept large impurities such as knots, plastics, and films. Meanwhile, qualified fibers are allowed to flow into the pulp tank through the sieve plate, while impurities automatically slide down along the inclined sieve surface to the discharge port. The spring vibration damping system equipped on the equipment reduces the vibration transmission efficiency by more than 60%. Combined with four sets of compressed air sealed air chambers, it ensures zero leakage of slurry while keeping the operating noise below 85dB, significantly enhancing the stability of the equipment and the comfort of the operating environment. Its self-cleaning spray pipe periodically flushes the screen surface at a pressure of 0.3 to 0.5MPa. Combined with the anti-clogging design of 0.8 to 1.2mm protruding heads on the screen plate surface, it can operate continuously for 200 hours without screen hole blockage, and its efficiency is increased by 40% compared with traditional screening equipment. In terms of process adaptability, the jump screen can handle low to medium concentration slurry of 0.3% to 0.8%, with a single unit processing capacity covering 10 to 50 tons per hour. Through modular design, it can be seamlessly connected with the conical desiccator and the circular screen thickener, forming a three-stage purification system of "coarse screening - desiccator - fine screening". In the application of a large-scale waste paper pulp production line, after the combined use of the jump screen and the pressure screen, the fiber recovery rate of the tail pulp increased from 65% to 83%, saving over 2.2 million yuan in wood pulp raw material costs annually. At the same time, the tensile strength of the finished paper was increased by 12%, and the fracture length was increased by 1.8km, verifying its compound benefits in improving pulp quality, reducing production costs and optimizing product performance. Its low-energy consumption design of 3 to 5.5kW, fully sealed structure and quick-disassembly design of vulnerable parts are more in line with the green and intelligent transformation demands of the modern papermaking industry.
