The tooth profile of the grinding disc can be selected as either the dissolving type or the fine grinding type according to the type of slurry. The clearance adjustment system adopts a three-level adjustment architecture, including coarse adjustment of worm gear and worm, medium adjustment of hydraulic/electric, and fine adjustment of PLC, which can achieve clearance control at the 0.01mm level. In terms of power configuration, the main shaft speed can reach 1800r/min, and it is equipped with spline floating connection and drum gear coupling to ensure the stability of high-speed operation.
