Papermaking machinery mesh cages (also known as circular mesh cages or forming mesh cages) are the core components of circular mesh paper machines, mainly used for pulp forming and dewatering. Their design directly affects the quality and output of paper. The cage is composed of a main shaft, a net frame, spokes and spacers. The spokes are evenly spaced and fitted onto the main shaft, and the net frame is installed on the spokes. According to the structure, it can be classified into common type, plate type, evacuated type, vacuum type, etc. According to the material, it can be divided into stainless steel, all-copper, etc. Among them, stainless steel mesh cages have become mainstream due to their advantages such as corrosion resistance, light weight and short maintenance cycle. Its structural stability, water filtration efficiency and corrosion resistance directly affect the quality of paper and production efficiency, and it is suitable for the production of various types of paper such as cultural paper, packaging paper and special paper.

Core structure
Screen drum: Made of highly wear-resistant materials (such as stainless steel or hard chrome-plated), with a screen gap width of 0.15-0.5mm, ensuring efficient screening and long service life.
Rotor: The specially designed rotor structure generates pulse cleaning force through high-speed rotation to prevent the screen gaps from being clogged.
Mechanical seal: Made of special graphite material, it has excellent sealing performance and prevents slurry leakage.
Shell and pipeline: The cylinder is designed as an integrated unit with the slurry inlet pipe, slurry outlet pipe and slag discharge pipe to ensure smooth slurry flow.
The paper machine propeller is a key device in the papermaking production line, used to promote the efficient flow of pulp in the paper machine's conveying system, ensuring the uniform distribution of pulp and improving the quality of paper and production efficiency.
